This significant project encompasses the construction of 1220 Type-IV residential quarters with single basement, a Police Station, and a Maternity Centre, inclusive of all development works and services on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis (Mode-I), along with comprehensive maintenance for five years post-completion. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 13,91,26,69,554 with a time allowance of 36 months. The tender reference number is 05/CE cum ED/NDPZ/NIT/2025-26. The bid submission deadline is 09-Mar-2026 at 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 23/02/2026 at 11:00 at the Office of Chief Engineer cum Executive Director New Delhi Project Zone, CPWD. Interested bidders must submit a substantial EMD of ₹ 14,01,26,696 in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG, favoring the Executive Engineer, New Delhi Project Division, CPWD.
