Work Description - Construction Of Cisf Headquarter Building (b Plus G Plus 9 Floors) At Cgo Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi Including Internal Water Supply & Sanitary Installations, E&m Works Of Internal Ei, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm System, Air Conditioning, Lifts, Sub-station, Dg Sets, Cctv, Access Control System, Ibms, Lan, Epbx, Av/conference System And External Development Works.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of the CISF Headquarter Building (B+G+9 Floors) at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, encompassing comprehensive civil and electrical & mechanical (E&M) works. This composite project, identified by NIT/RFP NO 06/CE-cum-ED/DPZ/2025-26 and Tender ID 141875, includes internal water supply and sanitary installations, E&M works of internal EI, fire fighting, fire alarm system, air conditioning, lifts, sub-station, DG sets, CCTV, access control system, IBMS, LAN, EPBX, AV/Conference System, and all external development works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 66,79,08,941 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,33,58,179 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer and Senior Manager (C), GPOA TMPD-1, CPWD, New Delhi. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 4:30 PM on February 23, 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 5:00 PM on the same day. Prospective bidders must submit mandatory documents including Letter of Transmittal, Receipt for EMD deposition, Enlistment Order (if applicable), Affidavit as per CPWD-6, Financial Turnover Certificate, Bankers Certificate/Net Worth Certificate, Details of similar works completed, Details of ongoing works, Details of commitments on ongoing works and Bidding Capacity, Performance Report of Eligible Similar works, Structure and Organization, Undertaking on structural stability, GST registration/undertaking, ERP Training Certificate/undertaking, and any other documents specified in the bid document. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Office of CE cum ED Delhi Project Zone CPWD Room No. 414 I.P. Bhawan New Delhi on February 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
