Work Description - Providing Unfiltered Water Connection In Safdarjung Hospital Premises Disconnected Due To Damage Of An Old Pipe At Ring Road And Reconnected From The Existing Unfiltered Water Supply Line At West Kidwai Nagar. (sh: Civil Works & Electrical Works)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for providing an unfiltered water connection in Safdarjung Hospital premises, which was disconnected due to damage of an old pipe at Ring Road and subsequently reconnected from the existing unfiltered water supply line at West Kidwai Nagar. This composite project, NIT/RFP NO 10/SE/DC-10/UFWSD/2025-26, encompasses both civil and electrical works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹1,15,61,884 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,31,238 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Delhi - SE-DC-X - EE - UFWS. Key dates include e-publication on 24th November 2025 at 01:30 PM, with document download and bid submission closing on 1st December 2025 at 03:00 PM; bid opening will occur on 1st December 2025 at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must submit all mandatory documents, including insurance security bonds, original EMD receipt, enlistment order, GST registration, valid electrical contractor license (or undertaking), ESIC and EPFO registration, PAN copy, affidavit, structural stability undertaking (Form F), specialized agencies undertaking, firm contact details, and ERP training certificate.
