This composite project encompasses balance work related to the Water Treatment and Distribution Scheme, including (a) Sedimentation Tank construction, (b) Civil work for a 2.0 MLD Water Treatment Plant, (c) Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Works for the 2.0 MLD Water Treatment Plant including maintenance, (d) Treated Water Supply Pipeline installation and (e) Development works, specifically the renovation of the Underground (UG) Tank near the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and connection of Water Supply from the UG Tank to Quarters at CUH. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 24,98,304 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 49,966, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Manesar Division, CPWD, Gurgaon.
