The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive Planning, Design, and Construction of 3 Nos. Police Stations, 6 Nos. Police Posts, and a Women's Hostel for the Delhi Police, encompassing all Civil, Electrical & Mechanical (E&M), Plumbing, Horticulture, and Development work on an EPC mode-I basis, specifically a Design and Build approach. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 94,97,67,413, and the time allowed for completion is 15 months. Sub-works include construction at Bharat Nagar, D.B.G Road, Safdarjung Enclave, Kakrola Village (Dwarka), Pocket A-9 Narela, Subhash Place, Vasant Gaon, Lok Nayak Puram, Marble Market (Dwarka), and Rohini. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 1,04,97,674, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG. The bid submission closing date is December 18th, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for December 18th, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Prospective bidders should download the tender documents starting November 25th, 2025, and ending December 18th, 2025. Mandatory documents include, but are not limited to, Banker's cheque/DD/FDR/Surety Bonds/Bank Guarantee for EMD, CPWD enlistment order, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), relevant financial and work experience certificates (Forms A, C, C1, C2, C3, D, D2), structure and organization details (Form E), undertakings on structural stability (Form F) and non-blacklisting (Form I), affidavit for non-execution through subletting (Form J), site inspection declaration (Form K), structural design certificate (Form L), MoU for structural system (Form O), TDS certificates, ERP training certificate, ERP training undertaking, and PAN.
