The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of a Girls Hostel at ICAR-NDRI, Karnal, Haryana, encompassing both civil and electrical works. This composite project, NIT/RFP NO 11/SE-KARNAL/CPWD/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 9,69,23,414 and has a completion timeline of 330 days. Bidders must submit several mandatory documents, including Insurance Surety Bonds/ Account Payee Demand Draft / Fixed Deposit Receipt / Bankers Cheque and Bank Guarantee, copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD with division office of any Executive Engineer, GST Registration Certificate, valid Enlistment order of the CPWD contractors in appropriate class in composite category, Email and mobile No. of the firm/agency on the letter head of firm/agency, An affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper duly attested by Notary as regard to that I/We have not been debarred suspended for tendering in CPWD till the last date of submission of bid, valid Electrical Contractor License, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness as per prescribed format Form F at Page-21, and ERP training certificate.
