The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer (Electrical), Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, is pleased to invite bids for a significant project encompassing the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of CCTV Cameras and related electrical works at Safdarjung Hospital. This tender, identified by NIT/RFP No. 38-EEE-SJHED-2026-27 and Tender ID 166899, is an open and advertised tender for works with an estimated cost of INR 97,85,899. The scope of work includes the installation of CCTV cameras in critical areas such as the Main OT, Gynae, GRR Ward, H Block, and Ortho department, in addition to existing electrical works involving MOEI fans and compound lighting within various blocks of the NR Building, including H-Block, H-Block extension, Burn Plastic, and Old Casualty. A comprehensive list of mandatory documents, including EMD deposit receipts, GST registration, electrical licenses, CPWD enlistment orders, work experience certificates, financial turnover and net worth certificates, and specific undertakings regarding OEM compliance, BIS standards, and spare parts availability for a minimum of seven years, must be submitted. Bidders are also expected to adhere to quality standards conforming to the latest IS ISO 9011:2015. The bid validity period is set at 75 days, and the contract duration is three months.
