Work Description - Repair /rehabilitation /strengthening Of Roof Slab Of Top (3rd) Floor Quarters And Renovation / Up-gradation Of Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor And 3rd Floor Quarters Of 55 Blocks At Spg Complex, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi. (type-ii- 21 Blocks (168 Qtrs) Type- Iii - 34 Blocks (272 Qtrs.)) (sh- Repair Of Exterior Plaster & Providing & Fixing Sanitary Fittings Of Type- Iii - 3 Blocks).
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of Repair/Rehabilitation/Strengthening of roof slab of top (3rd) floor quarters and Renovation/Up-gradation of ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor quarters of 55 blocks at SPG Complex, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi. This includes Type-II- 21 blocks (168 Qtrs) & Type- III - 34 blocks (272 Qtrs), specifically for the repair of exterior plaster & providing & fixing sanitary fittings of Type- III - 3 blocks. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 13,06,086 (Thirteen Lakh Six Thousand and Eighty Six Rupees), and the time allowed for completion is 5 months.
