The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of the Old CGO and CGO Annexe Building (Pratistha Bhavan) located in Churchgate, Mumbai - 20 during the fiscal year 2025-26. This comprehensive project, under NIT/RFP NO 38 / EE / MUMBAI I / 2025 - 26, encompasses a range of civil works including painting, flooring, false ceiling installation, toilet repairs, and miscellaneous civil work throughout the premises. The estimated cost of the project is ₹87,02,468 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,74,049 payable in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, MCD I, CPWD, MUMBAI via DD, FDR, or BC. The bid submission start date is August 22, 2025, at 07:26 PM, and the deadline for submission is August 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will occur on August 29, 2025, at 11:30 AM. Mandatory documents required for submission include the EMD copy, EMD receipt, GST registration or undertaking, enlistment copy, ESIC and EPF registration, and ERP training certificate, along with any additional documents deemed necessary.
