LED Video Wall and Integrated AV System Installation and Maintenance

The Department of Financial Services, under the Ministry of Finance, is seeking comprehensive solutions for a state-of-the-art LED video wall system as part of Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7832270. This tender, issued by the Bank of Baroda, will close on August 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM, with bidding commencing on July 24, 2026, at 5:54 PM. The scope of work encompasses the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Fabrication, Programming, and Training for a complete audio-visual setup. This includes a high-resolution 1.2PP Flip Chip or Chip on Board LED Video Wall (quantity 1 and 2), a robust hardware-based video wall processor, and a centralized AV control processor. To ensure seamless operation and user experience, the tender also requires 10.1-inch wireless touch panels, HDMI transmitters with loop-out capabilities, HDBT receivers with audio de-embedding, audio digital signal processors or servers, four-channel professional power amplifiers, and ceiling mount loudspeakers. Furthermore, the solution must integrate a fully managed AV network switch, a wireless presentation solution with BYOD/BYOM support, an 8x8 HDMI matrix switcher, and a 4K annotation device. Complementing the visual elements are column speakers, essential cabling including 2-meter high-speed HDMI cables, 2 core x 1.5 sqmm speaker cables, professional balanced microphone/audio cables, category 6 UTP cables, 24-port Cat 6 patch panels, and 1-meter Cat 6 patch cords (23 AWG). Power requirements are addressed with a 6KVA online UPS and FRLS copper power cables, alongside 1.5mm routing power control AV data communication cables. The entire system will be housed within a 42U floor-standing equipment rack. Beyond the initial setup, the tender mandates Onsite Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) charges for both the fourth and fifth years for the entire delivered solution. This comprehensive procurement aims to equip the New Delhi Zone office with an advanced and fully supported audio-visual infrastructure.
