South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a Public Sector Undertaking, is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Design, Development, and Implementation of AI-Based Digitalization of all Post Retirement Benefits managed under CPRMSE and CPRMS-NE. This significant initiative, encompassing supply, implementation, and a three-year support period, aims to modernize and enhance the efficiency of retirement benefit management. The EOI is scheduled to be published on 22nd August 2026, with document downloads commencing at 2:00 PM on the same day and concluding on 07th September 2026 at 5:00 PM. Bids can be submitted from 24th August 2026 at 10:00 AM until the closing date of 07th September 2026 at 5:00 PM.
