The E-in-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the AGE (I) Naya Raipur, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for critical infrastructure works. This tender, bearing Reference Number 8400/449/E8 and Tender ID 2026_MES_777607_1, concerns the comprehensive "REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF WATER SUPPLY RISING MAINS AND DISTRIBUTION PIPE LINE, SLUICE VALVE, NON-RETURN VALVE, GATE VALVE, VALVE PIT CHAMBER AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF WATER SUPPLY WORK UNDER AGE (I) NAYA RAIPUR AT NRMS." Bid submission will open on July 24, 2026, at 09:00 AM, and close on July 31, 2026, at 06:00 PM, which is also the final date for document download. Technical bids will be opened on August 03, 2026, at 11:00 AM at AGE (I) Naya Raipur. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, including application, fee payment proof, enlistment letters (for MES contractors), eligibility criteria documents, GSTIN, ESIC, Provident Fund Code certificates, and a list of similar nature works completed; Cover 2 for the financial bid, specifically the Bill of Quantities. Bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date.
