The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of an office building (Stilt plus 4 floors), residential quarters including 3 No. Type-II and 4 Nos. Type-III at complex - I, 2 Nos. Type-III and 01 No. Type-IV at complex - II and 01 No Type - VI Duplex, along with campus development for SIB at Sector - 30, Naya Raipur (C.G.). This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 09/CE/RPR/CPWD/2025-26, encompasses civil works - Buildings, with an estimated cost of ₹ 27,01,20,030.
