The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive maintenance of the GPRA Complex at Ashiana Digha Road, Rajeev Nagar, Patna, for a duration of three years. This composite work, detailed in NIT/RFP NO 02/NIT/CE(PATNA)/CPWD/2025-2026, encompasses the upkeep of Type-II (119 Nos.), Type-III (100 Nos.), Type-IV (60 Nos.), Type-V (30 Nos.), and Type-VI (05 Nos.) residential units, along with the Electrical Sub-Station and CGHS Wellness Center. The estimated cost of the project is ₹6,08,42,334. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,16,847 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, DIGHA PROJECT, CPWD, PATNA.
