Work Description - Consultancy Services For The Work Of Comprehensive Arcitectural Engineering Planning And Design Of Office Building For Reserve Bank Of India Rbi At Pundag Situated Under Anchal Nagri And Mauza Murma District Ranchi Jharkhand

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for consultancy services for the comprehensive architectural engineering planning and design of an office building for the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) at Pundag, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The estimated cost of the work is ₹69,16,886 and has a time allowed duration of 28 months. Bidders must be non-CPWD contractors and are required to submit their bids online by 3:00 PM on December 31, 2025. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Office of CE Ranchi CPWD Hinoo Chowk near Airport Road Ranchi, Jharkhand. Prior to bidding, interested parties must download the tender documents, available from December 10, 2025, until December 31, 2025. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,38,338 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Ranchi Central Division, CPWD, Ranchi. Bidders must also submit a comprehensive set of mandatory documents, including EMD proof, letter of transmittal, financial turnover information, banker's certificate or net worth certificate, details of similar works completed, bidding capacity details, performance reports, organizational structure, undertakings regarding structural stability and soundness, GST registration certificate, a non-black listing affidavit, and other specified affidavits and forms as detailed in the tender document.
