Work Description - Comprehensive Integrated Consultancy Services For : 1. Preparation/ Modification Of Master Plan For Semi Developed/ Undeveloped Area With Total Campus Are Of 73 Acres Including External Development Works, Roads, Boundary Wall, Parking, Various Mep Service Lines, Landscaping With Green Buildings Provisions With Griha Rating, Preparation Of Architectural Drawings Of 1400 Bedded Hostel Building And Classroom Complex (g Plus 2) I/c Services Drawings Like Sewerage, Drainage Etc. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites compelling bids for comprehensive integrated consultancy services vital to the ambitious Phase-II development of the permanent campus of IIM Bodhgaya, Bihar. This pivotal project demands specialized expertise in preparing and modifying the master plan for a substantial 73-acre campus, encompassing extensive external development works, roads, boundary walls, parking, various MEP service lines, and landscaping, all with a strong emphasis on green building provisions and GRIHA rating. The scope further includes the preparation of detailed architectural drawings for a 1400-bedded hostel building and a G+2 classroom complex, along with comprehensive service drawings covering sewerage, drainage, and all E&M services, including internal and external electrical installations, HVAC, firefighting, and lifts. Additionally, the selected consultant will undertake master planning and external development for an integral 5-acre area within the campus, again incorporating green building provisions and GRIHA rating. Prospective bidders must demonstrate robust experience in similar large-scale institutional projects, evidenced by mandatory documentation such as audited financial statements for the past five years, registration with the Council of Architecture, and the inclusion of a GRIHA/LEED Accredited Professional within their team or a commitment to associate one, alongside a non-blacklisting affidavit. The bid submission window for this significant 30-month contract closes on 10th August 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bids scheduled for opening at 03:30 PM on the same day.
