The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for comprehensive integrated consultancy services for the preparation of detailed architectural and structural drawings, including services drawings for internal and external water supply, sanitary installation, sewerage drainage, other E&M services, fire fighting, interior designing, furnishing, external development work, surroundings, roads, paths, entrances, gates, parking, and surrounding landscaping. This consultancy is required for the construction of permanent infrastructure at 8th Bn Hqr SSB Motihari (SH Admn block except training shed and office, 128 men barrack, 01 T II, 12nos T III, 08 nos T IV, 06 nos T V, 02 nos) and development work at 71st Bn Hqr SSB Motihari Bihar under Patna Frontier. Interested bidders must submit their proposals electronically by December 18th, 2025, at 03:00 PM. A refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable in favor of EE(C)Muzaffarrpur. The bid opening will take place on December 18th, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
