Work Description - Annual Rate Contract For Internal Electrical Wiring Works, Under Ground Ug Cabling, Earthing, Exhaust Fans Including Miscellaneous Works For The Fy 2026 27 At Nit Warangal As Where And When Required

The National Institute of Technology Warangal, a Central Government Ministry/Department, hereby invites open tenders for an Annual Rate Contract (Reference No: 08/NITW/CMU/ELECT/2026-27/1) for Internal Electrical Wiring works, Under Ground (UG) cabling, earthing, exhaust fans, and various miscellaneous electrical works for the Financial Year 2026-27. This comprehensive contract, valued at an estimated ₹79,27,032, is required at NIT Warangal on an as and when required basis, with a performance period of 365 days. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,180 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,59,000 are mandated, both payable to "THE DIRECTOR" at National Institute of Technology Warangal. Proposals must be submitted under a two-cover system: Cover 1 should include all Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents such as tender fee and EMD payment receipts, contractor licenses, registration certificates, last seven years' experience certificates with completion certificates and work orders, statutory registrations (GST, ESI, EPF), PAN card, latest IT Returns, a copy of a cancelled cheque, duly filled annexures, solvency certificate, average annual financial turnover, net worth, and profitability details. Cover 2 is reserved exclusively for the financial bid (Bill of Quantities).
