The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the GARRISON ENGINEER (NAVAL BASE), situated at GARRISON ENGINEER NAVAL BASE GANDHIGRAM POST VISAKHAPATNAM 530005, hereby invites competitive bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the execution of vital civil works.
