The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders (Reference No: 8494/C/E8) from eligible contractors for the "ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL WORKS AT SLIPWAY DEGAUSSING BAY AND VLM JETTY AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM". This civil works project, to be executed at Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam under the authority of GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam, carries an estimated value of ₹1,48,18,000 and has a stipulated completion period of 270 days, under an Item Rate contract. Prospective bidders must submit their bids between 28-Jul-2026 06:00 PM and 04-Aug-2026 06:00 PM. The bids will be opened on 06-Aug-2026 10:00 AM at GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,23,180 are required, both payable to GE (I) DM Visakhapatnam at Visakhapatnam, with EMD exemption allowed for Bank Guarantee/Security Deposit. Bids will remain valid for 60 days and must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of DD, application, enlistment details, eligibility criteria, valid PFCN, and GST registration) and Cover 2 for the Finance (BoQ).
