Work Description - Construction Of New Ladies Hostel To Accommodate 304 Girls Students Under Ews Scheme 2 Nos Of Single Seated Blocks G Plus 9 Storey Each And One No Kitchen Cum Dining Block G Plus 3 Floor With Civil Works Including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Sewerage System, Structural Glazing, Finishing Etc. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a new Ladies Hostel at the existing NIT campus in Warangal, Telangana. This composite project, NIT/RFP NO 19/SE and PD/EE and SM(C)-II/Warangal/2025-26, involves the construction of two G+9 storey single-seated blocks to accommodate 304 girls students under the EWS scheme, along with a G+3 floor kitchen-cum-dining block. The work includes comprehensive civil works encompassing internal water supply, sanitary installations, sewerage system, structural glazing, and finishing. The project also requires the provision and installation of IEI, fans, firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, LAN network, CCTV, UPS, pressurized and ventilation systems, lifts, solar water heater systems, and kitchen equipment. The estimated cost of the project is ₹40,36,51,543 with a completion timeline of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,36,515 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, in favor of EE HCD-II CPWD Hyderabad. Interested bidders must possess a valid CPWD enlistment order and GST registration certificate if already obtained.
