The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for comprehensive Consultancy Services for the Redevelopment of Residential Hostel, including guest rooms for students and Staff quarters for IIPS, Deonar, Mumbai. This encompasses preparation of Concept plans, Architectural drawings, securing all necessary local body approvals, structural designs, and detailed Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering services design/drawing, landscape design including Detailed Estimates (Civil, Electrical & Horticulture), digital survey, and soil investigation. The NIT/RFP NO is 07/SE cum PD/MPC-II/2025-26. Bidders must submit a refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,50,000 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, NISM Project Division-II, CPWD, Navi Mumbai. The estimated completion time for the consultancy services is 36 months.
