The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a permanent campus for IISER at Jangalapalli village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. This composite electrical work specifically involves providing a grid-connected rooftop solar plant and solar-covered parking with a capacity of 1000 kWp, including a 5-year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract. The estimated cost of the project is ₹8,36,64,269, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹16,73,285 payable in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER & SENIOR MANAGER (CIVIL), TIRUPATI PROJECT DIVISION-I, CPWD, TIRUPATI, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
