The Directorate of Youth Services, Government of West Bengal, is seeking qualified and experienced security agencies through an open tender process for the provision of comprehensive security services at two prominent locations in Kolkata: Netaji Indoor Stadium and Rabindra Sarobar Stadium (RSS). The scope of work includes deploying a total of 20 security personnel and 6 supervisors, distributed as 8 security personnel and 3 supervisors at Netaji Indoor Stadium, and 12 security personnel and 3 supervisors at Rabindra Sarobar Stadium. This is a two-cover tender with the first cover containing Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents and the second cover for the Financial bid (Bill of Quantities).
