The URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, SALT LAKE PROJECT, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for annual maintenance and repair work. This "Works" tender, referenced as WBUDMA BMS NIT 15e of 2025 2026 of EE BMS Division, encompasses cement work, wood work, sanitary and plumbing repairs at the B.S.T PLANT, Kestopur, and other miscellaneous civil work as required per the PWD schedule of rates under the Salt Lake Roads Sub-Division of BMS Division. The estimated tender value is ₹6,55,490, and the work period is 365 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹13,110 (2.0% of the tender value) is required.
