The North Bengal Development Department, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a Paver Block Road from Dima Jatra maidan via 3 no Pump house to Dima beach line near Sahid Bedi, PWD road, Part No. 11/175, 176 and 177 within Garopara GP under Kalchini Block in the district of Alipurduar in the year of 2025-26. The project, titled "NIe-T-10/Sl-16/2025-26" and referenced as NBDD/BS/SE/ NIe-T-10/2025-26 (Sl. No. 01 to 23), is valued at ₹2,77,05,692 with a work completion period of 300 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,54,114, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required and EMD exemption is allowed.
