E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through Garrison Engineer Sukna, invites open tenders for civil works. The project involves the addition/alteration of Building No. P 876, special repair of the roof of Building Nos. P 867, P 351, and P 550, and special repairs of Building No. SP 139 of certain units under AGE B/R-II and AGE E/M of GE Sukna at Military Station Sukna. The estimated tender value is ₹42,00,000 with a work period of 180 days. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting March 14, 2026, 10:00 AM until April 04, 2026, 06:00 PM. The last date for bid submission is April 04, 2026, 06:00 PM, and the bid opening date is April 06, 2026, 10:00 AM. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to GE Sukna, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2.0% of tender value i.e ₹84,000 is required, also payable to GE Sukna. EMD exemption is not allowed. Bidders must submit required documents including application, cost of tender payment, Enlistment letter in MES, Provident Fund Code Number documents, GST registration certificate, documents meeting enlistment criteria (for unenlisted contractors), residual workload details and BOQ.
