Bids must be submitted by 13-Jan-2026 02:00 PM and will be opened on 15-Jan-2026 02:00 PM at the office of SE, C III, RB, D Block, 3rd floor, KMDA. Bids will have a validity of 120 days. The tender is a two-cover system: the first cover includes Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, and the second includes the Financial bid (BOQ). No Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted.
