Bidders should note that the tender consists of two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documentation, including the NIT, EMD & Affidavit, Declaration, Annexure I, TEC, Form 01, and FIN documents; and the second cover for the BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
