Supply of 5-Person Military Shelters with Integrated Heating Systems

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, is pleased to issue Tender Reference GEM/2026/B/7881727 for the Supply of FTS Tents. This tender, initiated by the Indian Army from their Bardhaman office, is seeking proposals for the provision of 110 units of high-quality living shelters designed for 5 personnel. Each tent must measure 3.95 x 2.88 x 2.0 meters, offering an inner floor area of 11.376 square meters. A critical component of this tender includes the integration of a 3-in-1 convection cum conduction heating system complete with a hot water tank. The successful bidder will also be responsible for supplying high-quality Tarpaulin Reinforced Polyethylene of 225 GSM, designed to connect to the shelter for flooring purposes. Furthermore, the tender specifies the supply of doors and windows conforming to detailed technical specifications, along with necessary stores for anchoring and all other accessories as outlined in the Technical Specifications.
