Work Description - Engagement Of Consultant For Data Entry And Gis Ancillary Works Under Pmgsy-iv Scheme In Darjeeling Division

The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA), a State Govt. and UT organization, through the Executive Engineer, Darjeeling Division, WBSRDA, invites open tenders for the engagement of a consultant to provide data entry and GIS ancillary services under the PMGSY-IV scheme in the Darjeeling Division. This empanelment contract, referenced as Tender No. 24 of 2025-26, requires submission through a two-cover system. Pack 1 must contain EMD of ₹10,000 and company bio data. Pack 2 must contain PAN, GST, P Tax Details and Trade License, Information as per Annexure-II and Affidavit as per Annexure-IV, credentials, Balance Sheet and Profit/ Loss Accounts and Terms of Reference. Bids must be submitted online between 20-Feb-2026 09:00 AM and 27-Feb-2026 09:00 AM. The bid opening is scheduled for 02-Mar-2026 at 09:00 AM at the Office of the EE, Darjeeling Division, WBSRDA. The work is to be completed within 30 days, and the bid validity is 120 days.
