The Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C BRANCH, through its inviting authority CWE, HQ 136 WORKS ENGINEERS (PIN - 914136 C/O 99 APO), invites open tenders for the work "SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P8A BDE OFFICE AND T41 SAND MODEL ROOM AT JALAPAHAR UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING" (Tender Reference Number: CWE/136-WE/27 OF 2026-27). This is a works tender with an estimated value of ₹38,82,000, to be executed under an Item Rate contract within a period of 180 days at Darjeeling. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹77,700 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500. Both the EMD and Tender Fee are payable to "AGE (I) Darjeeling" and "AGE (I) Darjeeling" respectively, at Darjeeling, through offline payment modes such as Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the financial bid. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria of Class D, Category a(i), and the submitted bids will have a validity period of 60 days.
