The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its GE (AF) Bagdogra unit, invites Open Tenders (Tender Reference Number: 8727/E8) for comprehensive repair and maintenance services. This vital project encompasses the repair and maintenance of pump sets, motors, chloronome plants at 20WG AFS and 46 WEU, alongside the repair and maintenance of pump sets, motors, chloronome plants, water treatment plants, RCC overhead tanks, and mandatory quarterly water testing at 273 SU AFS and other facilities under GE (AF) Bagdogra. The estimated tender value is ₹46,80,000, with a contract period of 270 days, operating on an Item Rate basis. Interested bidders can download tender documents from July 4, 2026, 04:00 PM until July 25, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submission commences on July 18, 2026, 06:00 PM and concludes on July 25, 2026, 06:00 PM, with bids scheduled for opening on July 27, 2026, 09:00 AM at GE (AF) Bagdogra. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹93,600 (2.0% of tender value), payable to GE (AF) Bagdogra at Siliguri via Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque, are required (EMD exemption is allowed as per norms). Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: the first for technical qualifications, including scanned copies of MES enlistment letters, application on firm's letterhead, cost of tender, GST registration, and for unenlisted contractors, documentation meeting MES enlistment criteria, an affidavit of no outstanding recovery, and two years' annual turnover certificate, along with EMD proof; the second cover will contain the financial bid.
