The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through Garrison Engineer Alipore, invites open tenders for the repair, replacement, and maintenance of sub-stations, LT panels, LT cables, APFC panels, and other connected electrical works at II Lines, MAP PH-I and II, and single ORS/JCOS Lines under GE Alipore, Kolkata. The estimated tender value is ₹40,00,000, and the period of work is 270 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to Garrison Engineer Alipore, Kolkata, with EMD exemption allowed via BG/ST. This tender is governed by a two-cover system: Cover 1 includes technical and pre-qualification documents (including application, enlistment letter, tender cost DD/banker's cheque, EPFO & GST registration, MES enlistment criteria documents, EMD instrument, and details of residual work), while Cover 2 contains the financial bid (BOQ).
