Work Description - Welcome Maintenance To Certain Buildings At Af Station Salua Under Ge (af) Kalaikunda

The Military Engineer Services (MES), specifically the E-IN-C BRANCH, functioning under the Central Government, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the "WELCOME MAINTENANCE TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT AF STATION SALUA UNDER GE (AF) KALAIKUNDA". This is an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: C/8253/E8) for Civil Works, to be executed on an Item Rate basis, with an estimated tender value of ₹25,00,000. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within a period of 180 days, and bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date. The first cover (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) must include scanned copies of the demand draft/bankers cheque for the tender fee and EMD, an application on the firm's letterhead, enlistment letter for MES contractors (or requisite documents for un-enlisted contractors meeting Class E Category a(i) pre-qualification), EPF and ESIC code numbers, and a GST registration number. The second cover (Finance) must contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
