The Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal (MHA), represented by its Executive Engineer at FTR HQR SSB Siliguri, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender for the 'Construction of SPT structure i.e Jawan barrack, BOP Comdr Office cum residence, Kitchen cum dining hall, at BOP Toklong of 8th Bn SSB, Khaprail.' This essential civil works project, valued at an estimated ₹93,51,206, is to be executed at FTR HQR Siliguri within a period of 270 days and will operate under a Percentage form of contract. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,87,024 is required, payable to the Inspector General FTR HQRs SSB Siliguri at SBI Ranidanga, and can be submitted through a Demand Draft, FDR, or Bank Guarantee. This tender does not require a separate tender fee. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for June 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at FTR HQR SSB Siliguri, offering prospective bidders an opportunity for clarification and discussion. The tender documents will be available for download from June 19, 2026, 06:30 PM, until June 30, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids, comprising both technical and financial components submitted in a two-cover system, can be submitted online starting from June 20, 2026, 03:00 PM, with the final submission deadline set for June 30, 2026, 03:00 PM.
