Supply and Installation of Split Inverter Air Conditioner Units with Electrical Works at Barkolikhola

This tender, with Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7932726, issued by the Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships, under the Ministry of Ports Shipping and Waterways, is for the procurement and installation of Air Conditioner units for FFM. The project, located at Barkolikhola P S Ramnagar, involves the supply and installation of 162 units of 1.5 Ton Split Inverter 5-Star Air Conditioner units. Each unit must feature a copper condenser coil and include 3 meters of copper piping along with all standard accessories and complete installation charges. Furthermore, the scope of work encompasses the supply and fixing of 4KVA voltage stabilizers for each air conditioner, along with necessary electrical wiring for sub-main circuits, including earth wires. This wiring will utilize PVC insulated copper conductor single-core cables of specified sizes, installed either surface-mounted or recessed within medium-class PVC conduits as required. The tender also requires the supply and fixing of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) with a 5A to 32A rating, 240 or 415V, 10kA breaking capacity, and C-curve suitability for inductive loads, to be installed in existing MCB distribution boards. Additionally, single-pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution boards of various ways (240V) are to be supplied and fixed, either surface-mounted or recessed. The project includes the supply of G.I. outdoor stands for the air conditioner units, PVC drain pipes, PVC wrapping tape, and 32 Amp 2-pole 240V 50Hz changeover MCBs.
