Work Description - Servicing And Repairing Of Existing 1.5 Tr / 2.0 Tr Split Ac Machines Installed At Various Sections Of Kolkata Gpo.

The Department of Posts, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Tender Inviting Authority, AE (E) at PESD-I, Yogayog Bhawan, 13th Floor, Kolkata, hereby invites sealed bids under an Open Tender process for the vital work of 'Servicing and repairing of existing 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR Split AC Machines installed at various sections of Kolkata GPO'. This essential electrical works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 31/EE/PED/KOL/NIT/2026-27, is valued at approximately ₹1,04,906. Interested and eligible contractors are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,098, which is 2.0% of the estimated value, payable to the 'Accounts Officer' at 'Postal Electrical Division, Kolkata', with EMD exemption allowed for eligible firms.
