Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites open tenders for the "Engineering, Supply, Erection, Commissioning and Testing of SCADA-DMS Automation Package" on a turnkey basis. This project encompasses automating two (02) Central Control Centers and twenty-four (24) Sub-Stations to supervise and control the 11 KV network within the DVC Command Area. The Tender Reference Number is DVC/Tender/Head Quarter/Distribution HQ/CMM/Works and Service/00009/ Capital. Interested parties can download tender documents starting April 8th, 2025, from 12:30 PM. The last date for document download and bid submission is June 17th, 2025, at 12:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held online on April 21st, 2025, at 12:00 PM (please refer to NIT for link). Bids will be opened on June 18th, 2025, at 12:30 PM at the office of the Senior GM, C and M Department, 3rd floor, CandM Deptt., DVC TOWERS, KOLKATA-700054. A tender fee of ₹35,000 is payable to DAMODAR VALLEY CORPORATION, KOLKATA, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,95,92,147 is required. The EMD should be in the form of a Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee, and also payable to DAMODAR VALLEY CORPORATION, KOLKATA. The project is estimated to be completed within 270 days.
