The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Conversion of Border Security Fencing from Phase-III to New Design single row Fence in various stretches BP. No. 261/5-S to 261/9-S (0.912 km), from 262/2-S to 266/1-S (8.50 Km), from 292/10-S to 292/11-S (0.80 km), from 346/MP to 346/4-R (0.800 km), from 346/15-R to 346/2-S (0.900 Km), from 346/2-S to 347/MP (1.625km), from 357/1-S to 361/MP (5.162 km), from 365/MP to 371/5-S (9.745 km), 371/5-S to 385/2-S (30.217 km) and 386/MP to 387/MP (2.100 Km) Total length 60.761 km of West Bengal along Indo-Bangladesh Border (IBB) (SH Stretches from BP. No. 371/5-S to 385/2-S and 386/MP to 387/MP Total Length 22.30 km (Package-III)", as per NIT No. 07/NIT/CE/IBBZ-I/2025-26. This civil works project, estimated at ₹ 34,92,69,377, requires completion within 15 months. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 44,92,694, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer, Border Fencing Division-II, CPWD, IBBZ-I, Islampur.
