The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of residential buildings at the GOI Press Colony, General Pool area Santragachi, Howrah during 2025-26. This project, under NIT/RFP NO 159/25-26/EE(Kol)-II/Kolkata, focuses on day-to-day maintenance of woodwork, interior repairs, and finishing work, with an estimated cost of ₹ 27,13,345 and a completion timeline of 12 months. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 54,267 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, payable to Executive Engineer-Kolkata-II-CPWD-Kolkata. Mandatory documents include the Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order or Bankers Cheque/ Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD,Enlistment Order of Contractor, Certificate of ERP Training from any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) issued through LMS (Learning Management System) in ERP. GST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder and other eligibilty document as per NIT page no. 5.
