The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its office AE-C-2, invites bids for the comprehensive construction of 87 residential quarters of various types (Type-II: 43, Type-III: 28, Type-IV: 8, Type-V: 7, Type-VI: 1), along with a GOs Mess, SOs Mess, and a Community Centre. This significant project, located at Rajarhat, Kolkata, for the CISF, includes a wide array of integrated services such as internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage systems, comprehensive internal and external electrical installations, a substation, DG set, fire fighting and alarm systems, lifts, a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and extensive horticulture work. The scope also specifically includes the construction of a rainwater harvesting tank, provision of curtain rods, UPVC wire mesh, mosquito-proof doors, and other essential miscellaneous works.
