Work Description - Construction Of Administrative Block Cum Provisioning Store (g Plus 5) And Residential Building Type-vi/01 (g Plus 1) For Frontier Hqrs, Ssb, Ranidanga, Siliguri (w.b.) Including Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Electrical Installations, Horticulture And Development Works.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer in Gangtok, invites open tenders for the significant work of "Construction of Administrative Block cum Provisioning Store (G plus 5) and Residential Building Type-VI/01 (G plus 1) for Frontier Hqrs, SSB, Ranidanga, Siliguri (W.B.), including all associated water supply, sanitary installations, electrical installations, horticulture, and development works." This composite civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 23/EE/GCD/GTK/06/NIT/SE/SILIGURI/CPWD/2026-27, has an estimated cost of ₹ 32,61,31,172 (Thirty Two Crore Sixty One Lakh Thirty One Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Two Rupees) and a completion period of 24 months.
