Work Description - Renovation Of Gpra 07 (seven) Nos. Type-v Quarters At 14, Ironside Road, Kolkata, During -2026-27. Sh:- Internal Renovation Work In 07 Nos. Type-v Vacant Quarters As Per Availability (civil & Electrical Works).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Office of the Executive Engineer, Kolkata (EE-Kolkata-IV), hereby invites bids for the comprehensive renovation of seven (07) Nos. Type-V Quarters located at 14, Ironside Road, Kolkata, for the Financial Year 2026-27. This open tender opportunity, identified by NIT/RFP No. 81/EE/KCD-IV/CPWD/2026-27 and Tender ID 164897, focuses on internal renovation works encompassing both Civil and Electrical aspects, to be executed in seven (07) vacant Type-V quarters as per their availability.
