The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of residential quarters for the Income Tax Department at CIT Scheme VIII (M), Ultadanga, Kolkata, during 2025-2026. This composite work, under NIT No. 136/NIT/EE-KOL-III/CPWD/2025-26, encompasses day-to-day maintenance, including repairing/renewing internal and external water supply, woodwork, internal painting, cleaning of tanks, sewerage lines, and removing building rubbish for Type-I (26 units) and Type-II (35 units) quarters. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 6,92,098 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 13,842 payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Kolkata - CE - KOLKATA - EE-Kolkata-III. Tender documents can be downloaded from 20-Nov-2025 03:40 PM and must be submitted by 28-Nov-2025 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 28-Nov-2025 03:30 PM. The work is anticipated to take 6 months to complete.
