Work Description - Aesthetic Improvement And Upgradation At Gpra 01 Belvedere Estate, Alipore, Kolkata Including Renovation Of Quarters With Internal Painting, Modular Kitchen, Flooring, Renovation Of Main Gates, External Repair & Painting And Roofing Work, Painting Of Boundary Wall With Repair Of Fencing, M.s. Doors In Garage, Road & Drainage Work Along Footpath And Miscellaneous Works And Comprehensive Annual Repair & Maintenance During- 2026-27.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer, Kolkata Division-IV (EE-Kolkata-IV), invites open, percentage-based bids for a composite civil works project under Tender Reference Number 09-NIT/CE(Kol)/57/EE/KCD-IV/CPWD/2026-2027 (Tender ID: 161394). This significant undertaking, located at GPRA 01 Belvedere Estate, Alipore, Kolkata, encompasses the "Aesthetic Improvement and Upgradation" of the estate, including comprehensive renovation of quarters (internal painting, modular kitchen, flooring), renovation of main gates, external repair and painting, roofing work, painting of boundary walls with fencing repair, installation of M.S. doors in garages, extensive road and drainage work along footpaths, miscellaneous works, and a full comprehensive annual repair and maintenance program for the period 2026-27.
