The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a new design fence and road from BP No. 995/8-S to BP No. 996/3-1S (GIN 332), spanning approximately 2.70 kilometers in the area of responsibility of BOP Madhyabalabhut of 14 Bn BSF in District Cooch Behar, West Bengal along Indo-Bangladesh Border (IBB). This project encompasses the construction of new design fence and road including earthwork, culvert work, retaining wall, and the provision/supply of one inspection vehicle with a driver for the use of the Assistant Engineer, Tufanganj Border Fencing Sub-Division, CPWD, Cooch Behar. The estimated cost of the project is ₹4,68,316, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,367, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Border Fencing Division IV. Tender documents can be downloaded starting November 18, 2025, and must be submitted by November 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM. A range of mandatory documents, including EMD receipt, PAN card, valid Government License, Enlistment Order (for CPWD enlisted contractors), ESIC and EPFO registration, GST registration, proof of similar work experience, and affidavits for not being debarred or blacklisted and for the veracity of submitted statements, are required.
