The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for consultancy services for the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) including designing for the construction of 3 bridges (GIN-87, GIN-88, GIN-90) and 13 Grill/Drop Gates (GIN-83-A, GIN-101-B, GIN-101-D, GIN-101-F, GIN-101-G, GIN-101-H, GIN-101-J, GIN-101-K, BP. No. 203/3-S to 203/4-5, BP. No. 203/6-R to 203/5-S, BP. No. 218/1-S to 218/1-S, BP. No. 219/MP to 219/MP & BP. No. 219/10-R to 219/12-R) within the Malda and Murshidabad Districts, as well as the construction of 1 Grill/Drop Gate at GIN-44-A in the Nadia District, all within the West Bengal Sector along the Indo-Bangladesh Border Roads (IBB). This is the 3rd Call under NIT/RFP NO 06/NIT/SE/BFC-II/09/EE/BFD-VII/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,85,42,024 and the time allowed for completion is 9 months. Interested bidders must demonstrate successful completion of similar works within the last 7 years, meeting specific criteria such as (i) Three similar works amounting to Rupees not less than Rs. 74.20 lakh, or (ii) Two similar works amounting to Rupees not less than Rs. 1.11 Crore, or (iii) One similar work amounting to Rupees not less than Rs. 1.48 Crore. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,70,840 is required, payable in favor of Border Works - CE (IBBZ)-I, Siliguri - EE(C ), BFD-VII, Murshidabad, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
