Balmer Lawrie And Company Limited, under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is inviting bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive Public Address System for its plant located at 700088P 43 Extension HideRoad, Kolkata, West Bengal. The tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7810668, will commence on 06-08-2026 at 1:12 PM and conclude on 27-08-2026 at 2:00 PM. The scope of work encompasses the provision of essential components including 500 Watt Power Amplifiers, 06 Watt Ceiling Mount Speakers, 06 Watt Wall Speakers, 30 Watt Horn Type Speakers for outdoor use, a Network Paging Microphone Console, IP Paging Control Software License, a Network Audio Unit, an 8 PORT POE Network Switch with 2 SFP ports, and a Floor Mounted 09 U Rack with full-length mounting tray and wheels (trolley size 600X600mm).
