The Managing Director, West Bengal Livestock Development Corporation Ltd., under the ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the "SUPPLY OF DIFFERENT FEED INGREDIENTS FOR CATTLE AND OTHERS AT DIFFERENT FEED MILLING PLANTS SITUATED AT KALYANI, SILIGURI, SALBONI AND GAJOLE FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST-2026." This open tender (Reference Number: LDC/HQ/01/T-513/AUGUST/2026 Dated 01/07/2026) is for goods and requires the supply of animal feed ingredients for a period of 15 days, commencing in August 2026. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 20-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM at the H.Q., Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700106, which is also the Bid Opening Place. The e-publication date is 03-Jul-2026, with document download and bid submission commencing from 03-Jul-2026 09:00 AM. The critical deadline for document download and bid submission is 25-Jul-2026 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 27-Jul-2026 at 09:30 AM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, though EMD exemption is allowed as per norms, and there is no tender fee. The contract is item-wise, with technical and financial bids submitted in two covers, requiring detailed documentation including scanned NIT, Annexure I, II, V (Application Format), VI (Affidavit Proforma), and all statutory/non-statutory certificates in the technical cover, and the financial bid (BOQ) in the second cover. Bidders are required to quote rates per M.T. on Net Weight and FOR Plant Basis, inclusive of GST and all other charges, subject to the comprehensive terms and conditions detailed in Annexure- I, II, III, and IV. The Bid Validity period is 30 days.
